Que tal ver a vida com outros olhos? Ao invés de apenas reclamar e dizer o quanto tudo tá uma bosta, vire-se e pense no quanto existe de coisas boas ao seu redor. Desde o sol que brilha, a comida que você come, os pássaros que cantam, seus pais, amigos... cada um tem sua cota de felicidade e alegria.

Mas precisa querer enxergá-la, senão fica estagnado na tristeza e dali não sai por nada.
